Forbes has prepared a traditional list of the most wanted criminals in the world. The basis of the ranking went to the information received from the FBI, the CIA, the Department of the US Drug Enforcement and intelligence services of other countries.

For the first four years of the ranking there is no single American. But Russia has the widest representation. At the same time hit list Semyon Mogilevich, Alimzhan Tokhtakhounov nicknamed Taiwanchik and Chechen separatist leader Doku Umarov.

The leader of the list has changed: Osama bin Laden, who was killed last spring, was replaced by a Mexican drug lord Joaquin "Little" Guzman.
