We rarely talk about TV projects. This time we decided to make an exception, not only because the interior was made for all the editors adored Lev Konstantinovich Durov. The thing is that in this interior is realized to date, but it is very difficult the idea of ​​combining old and new. In our opinion, this example can inspire many to great deeds and for all get rid of the fear of losing a modern decoration historic space value.

This project was the architect Mito Melitonyanom in the transfer of "Perfect repair" for the first channel. Customer as such was not here, he was a hero - Lev Durov.

- It was supposed designing kitchen and bathroom. But when I saw the object, I realized that the work on these two spaces separate from the whole apartment completely pointless.

Do cosmetic repairs bath, due to the age of the apartment, it was impossible. However, if taken for repair, avoid the revision of the whole plan just will not work. In this case, not so much the hero's wishes were, as I have had offers. Eventually I developed a scheme which is almost completely changed the whole kitchen area, bathroom, hallway and living room.

As for working with the hero, the author Lev Konstantinovich showed only the first sketches. During the discussion, the architect managed to obtain the consent of the actor on the rework and get complete freedom of action.

The main problem of the space was narrow and fairly long hallway with four doors - one was in the living room and one in the bathroom, in the kitchen the third and fourth bedroom. Due to the merger of the corridor to the bathroom, where the configuration has been changed, it managed to slightly shorten the corridor and even place it in the closet. Area other rooms remained unchanged, except for the living room, which has become a little more by reducing the size of the same corridor.

- From the shower in the bathroom, I decided to get rid of, and made a low, comfortable tray for use. In the bathroom I used the large size tiles - 90 to 300 mm, which is enriched by a small space. It is quite thoroughly visually expand the room. And by the way, it is not white, but closer to the shade of ivory. With the right color will make a very nice combination of large volume with mosaic tiles. In the other room in your house as a floor covering used vinyl art, and in order to avoid obvious discrepancies with the bathroom, I also chose a tile under a tree.

Bells in the hallway were not accidental. One of the main tasks that set himself the author of the interior - to keep everything in its place, as a collection of objects and antiques host, properly fit them into the new interior. This is especially noticeable in the living room, where it is with modern subjects perfectly gets old mirror and a cupboard in the Art Nouveau style.

The bulk of the fixtures, including wall lamps in the bathroom and recessed lighting in the hallway - it's quite modern solutions. In the kitchen you can also find an antique lamp on the table and unusual ceiling light - a "child" host, his Leo K. made himself.

All the furniture in the hallway and the kitchen was made on the sketches. The main material used in the kitchen - it is painted MDF; countertop and apron - an artificial stone. In this small kitchen was surprisingly wide windowsill. The architect decided to take advantage of it and combine it with a dining table.

The basic interior color was chosen for reasons of neutrality. Mito Melitonyan sought to make an interior that would be a worthy backdrop for all those collections, including antiques, owned by Lev Konstantinovich.

- The most important for me in this project - that it turned out exactly as was planned originally. We were able to implement all the ideas, all the design aspects came together, and the project turned out quite decent overall. And most importantly - a combination of old and new here is not feeling explicit remake. Everything is balanced and harmonious.
