ground cumin
salt pepper
1/2 h. L. tamari sauce
3 tbsp. l. olive oil
a little bit of water (depending on the desired density of the sauce)
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, finely chopped onion, chili flakes, thyme, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper and cumin. Put the tofu cubes in a large dish, disassemble the broccoli into florets, add them to the tofu, pour the marinade and refrigerate for an hour.
For sauce mix lemon juice, peel, mustard, maple syrup, chopped onion, curry powder, cumin, water, salt, pepper sauce, tamari, and olive oil. All this whisk in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Heat the grill well, cut in half and remove the avocado pits, cut grease oil, season with salt and pepper.

You will need:
5 Art. l. butter
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup flour
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups milk
2-3 cups chopped broccoli
2 carrots
salt pepper
1/2 h. L. paprika
1/2 h. L. mustard powder
cayenne pepper to taste
200 g of grated cheddar cheese
In a saucepan saute until transparent onions in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chopped garlic and hold still for half a minute, stirring. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt 4 tablespoons butter, add flour and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring vigorously, until the flour thickens. Then add the vegetable broth, continuing to stir slowly. Pour in milk. Boil the mixture on low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the broccoli and carrots and, when the mixture boil for about 20 minutes, pour the vegetables to fried onions and garlic. Add salt, pepper, paprika, mustard powder, cayenne pepper. Continue to cook for another 20-25 minutes on low heat.

Tofu Nuggets,

You will need:
1 package of tofu cheese
2 cups vegetable broth
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp. l. yeast, salt, pepper

1/2 h. L. cayenne pepper
Tofu extract, drain the brine and freeze, then thaw, pour the broth and set aside in the refrigerator overnight.
Combine flour, yeast, salt, pepper, spices, roll dices in tofu mixture and fry in hot oil until crisp and golden. Put on the grill with a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Serve with sauce.
Stuffed mushrooms

You will need:
4 large portobello mushroom (can be
replace large mushrooms)
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 onion
2 medium zucchini
1 bell pepper
4-6 sundried tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic
oregano
red pepper flakes to taste
black pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated mozzarella
a handful of spinach
Cover the baking parchment paper, each mushroom after removing leg lubricate olive oil and place in pan. In a frying pan over medium heat, fry in olive oil diced onion, cook for 3-4 minutes. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, egg whites, water, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a baking dish with high sides. Sprinkle with black canned beans, chopped tomatoes and grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees. Serve with cilantro and salsa.
