Large zoos in major cities are trying to think of things for visitors and animals, where the feeling of "captivity" the most anti-aliased. This time, at the end of his next Balkan tour, I visited the zoo in Belgrade.

To be honest, looking at its size on the map in the plate, I strongly doubted the feasibility of this event, but everything turned out quite differently! On the perimeter fence is laid with numerous mosaics on various creatures, including a humorous slant))

The zoo now lives about 270 species of animals, including mammals, birds and reptiles.

This time I decided not to shoot a lot of photos of survey and limited on some pictures for pets, which struck me as particularly interesting.

I'll tell you that that's such little open aviary is very small, the majority of pupils is in the cells of the dense mesh, because of what the shooting is difficult. But this is the only negative, and it is perhaps the only serious drawback for photographers.

Peacocks walk around like in the cells, and the paths for visitors.

In general, representatives of the bird at the zoo most probably about a third.

That these creatures to take the easiest way, they are excellent sitters.

A separate theme - a cat !!! They are the second highest number of goals. I happened to see the feeding process. It starts at 16:30.

Personnel or throws meat into the cage opening the door, or pushes it through the bars. Depending on the danger of a predator. Meat is eaten fairly quickly and with pleasure.

Wild cats fed mice. This spectacle can be watched for a long time: half a dozen cats walk around the map and each mouse in the teeth! The impression is that they are embarrassed to even begin to absorb them, and with them a long walk in a circle.

Lions and big cats are in huge cages and they can be viewed from above or from afar.

Intelligent goat.

Here is part of the zoo, perhaps, for me it was the saddest. All my favorite primate cells were either in the glass or in a cell in the cell. To shoot in such a situation was almost impossible.
